My sister wants POA over my dad what should I do??
My sister wants POA over my dad my I don't feel comfortable letting her have all the power over my dad, is there a way that she can't make a decision with both our okay?

Yes, but the power of attorney needs to be specially drafted with language that addresses the fact that unilateral control is not allowed, but rather multiple agents are required. This is a common desire and most people try to accomplish this desire with a "one-size-fits-all" POA.
It is best to have an attorney draft the POA. Either myself or another experienced trust and estate attorney can assist with this and the cost is small compared to the benefit (and the problems associated with not having proper language). Typical costs for this range from $250 - $300 and my fees are also within that range for such a document.
