Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California

please help...
breast life and it was a nipple lift from a cosmetic surgeon in sdiego (crecent..an aggressive he said) and it didnt lift at all. i am 33 and devestated my scars are humongous and my areiolas are twice the size and stretching..all plastic surgeons have said i was way too large for that kind of lift and there was no way he should of ever have done that exact procedure.......i feel so ugly..i signed a bunch of things to say whatever nurses worote ...while it came out of his mouth ...before the procedure...i guess it was so he could try to protect himslef...i have witnesses from at least person at his office that quit bcaouse she was appaled at his results.....what steps do i take? all i want is it to look somewhat normal...its been 7 months and getting worse : (please help

You have a malpractice claim, with one year from procedure to file. To succeed, it must be based on testimony of medical experts in that field, saying that the procedure was below the acceptable standard of care. Sounds like you have that, or can get it. You also need to do whatever it takes to get it repaired and restored by someone that knows what they are doing; the cost of which is one of your damages in the malpractice action. Document your condition thoroughly with pictures, and continue to do so. Feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing this.
