Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in California
Help with Kaiser Permanente...they messed me up
I was missed diagnosed in the ER. It then turn into a partial rupture of my achilies tendon. The Doctor that performed the surgery used the scar tissue that had developed to aid in his repair. Now the tendon is too long and I am having muscle and back problems from it. They are giving me the run around...Is there anything that I can do?? Is there anyone out there to help! Would they possibly owe me pain and suffering and compensation for me having to change my line of work???

Any claim of medical malpractice requires you have a doctor certify that malpractice exists. Without that, you can not even file suit. IF you have a doctor prepared to say that and provide us a statement to that effect, contact me to discuss the facts and proceedures necessary.

I don't like Kaiser cases because they are very expensive to prosecute. Why? the arbitration agreement, which requires selecting and paying for three arbitrators to hear the claim.
Send me the copies of your records and I'll review it for free of charge.

I would suggest you contact an attorney with medical malpractice experience and with Kaiser experience. I do this and I would suggest speaking with attorney Nancy Sussman: (619)231-1268.
