broken property issue

my neighbor had a huge tree cut down and if fell on my fence and crushed it they are fixing the panels that are broken but i feel that they should put a new fence all the way around the house because i cant sell my house with two different color fence's and its not my fault that they droped a tree on it

A judge will decide. You can't get a whole new fence out of the deal, but it can't be mismatched either. If the reason it is mismatched is because your fence is old and the replacement is new, you are responsible to install a new fence all the way around your house. If the replacement is inferior, then you can sue in small claims court for the value of that portion of the fence -- not the whole fence.
