broken property issue

my neighbor had a tree cut down the company dropped it on my fence and crushed it they will repair the broken panels but i fell that they should have to put up a new fence all the way around the house, i cant sell the house with two different color fence's and it was not my fault that the fence was broken i feel i should not have to pay out of my pocket to finish the rest of the unbroken fence

You cannot get a whole new fence out of the deal. Your feelings are not correct.
