Commercial lease
How to get out of a commercial lease. I took over an existing lease in 2006. Lease expires 12/31/08, i need to get out right now. I have a deposit of $2000.

Look at your contract. Negotiate with your landlord. A deal is a deal, unless you can get it modified. Work with the landlord so he or she can get the place rerented, which will let you move without a rent obligation.
