Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Georgia
Dismal with prejudice
My case was recently solved through
mediation. The paperwork that I
signed states that my medical
malpractice, whic is a seperate case,
is dismissed with prejudice.
Does this mean that I cannot pursue
my case although it had nothing to
do with the case that was being
moderated??

Re: Dismissal with prejudice
A dismissal with prejudice means a case is over forever and can never be refiled. Certainly your lawyer explained that to you, and if you have questions, that is whom you should be asking.
