Legal Question in Employment Law in Illinois

Discrimination has been proven by 3 people under oath.

I worked for the U.S. Government as a clerk for 20months i received racially motivated harassement, and then it resulted into reprisal. I have been patient for over 6 months going the EEO route with no lawyer. In the Government process they held an FFC to determine things. They placed people under oath and received affidavits that provided proof of my complaints. I was told i would receive copys of all these things within a period of 4 to 6 weeks. It was held June 21st and and i am getting the run around. I want closure so i can get on with my life. It is at a stand still mind you. And i dont understand alot of the process or the law when it comes to situations like mine. please help.

Hello. That is a very

complicated process. I

strongly urge you to get an

attorney immediately to

preserve your case because

there are time limitations

that could close the door

on your case if you are

not careful. Contact a

lawyer to represent you ASAP.
