Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Indiana

My husband has a judgement against him that he is making payments on $100.00 per month. He was unable to make 4 monthly payments. The lawyer put a hold on his business account resulting in my husband not being able to finish the job and get paid, which he was going to get caught up on his payments. He wants to know if he can sue them or bill them for lost income. The job was supposed to be finished by Feb. 6. He goes to court Feb. 15 and wants to know if or what he can do.

Your husband is out of luck in terms of suing them. He should talk to the attorney about geting the freeze removed or eplain his circumstances and see what the judge will say.
