Age Difference
Is it illegal for a girl, the age on 14 or 15 to date a boy the age of 18 or 19? Or is it illegal for a 16 year old to date a 19 year old?

It is not illegal for a 14 or 15 year old to "date" a boy of 18 or 19. It is definitely illegal for the two to engage in sexual activities.
It is not illegal for a 16 year old to date a 19 year old. In Michigan, 16 is the age of consent for sexual intercouse.

If by "date", you mean can a younger person have sex with an older person, the age of consent in Michigan is 16. If the person has sex with a person younger than 16, they can be charged with criminal sexual conduct. William S. Stern
