The limitations period is 2 years from the date of the malpractice or six months from the date the malpractice is discovered.

Two years from the date of the malpractice or six months from the date the malpractice was discovered, whatever is later. In order to have a malpractice case, you have to have a fairly clear violation of the duties owed to the patient as well as large damages. What are your facts?
