On January 12,2007 I was admitted to the hospital for emergency surgery. I stayed there for 9 days. I informed my employer on the day I was admitted as I am required to. I was informed that I would be placed on family leave until I returned to full duty. I returned on Feb.12,2007. During a meeting with the regional manager and the district manager I was informed that I was terminated due to not working. I said the the district manager said I would be placed on family leave act. I got no response from him. I was also informed that my pay would be cut by $9000.00 per year. is legal and is there any thing I can do about this. M9ike

Did you get terminated or was your salary reduced. I wasn't clear about that from your letter. I do think that there is something that you can do about this and I would welcome you to contact me at my office so that we can discuss this further. Fred Scampato
