b1/b2 holder
I've got 10 years US b1/b2 visa and I'd like to buy a small business(restaurant or cafe shop).Can I do it with this type of visa or I need another one? Thank you.

You certainly may BUY the business but you cannot WORK in it or generally perform any work for which an American worker would expect to be paid.
