Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

relief from financial judgements

A substantial personal judgement was awarded against me by the court. All appeals have been exhausted. I have no assets except a mortgaged home with limited equity. I have multiple bankruptcies in the past. What can I do to get relief?

Re: relief from financial judgements

It appears as if the creditors will not have much to get if they try. You might want to explain to them that you arre judgment proof in other words at this point there are no assets to attach.
