child support

I have 2 children wit my husband.. we were together as teens and had our first child i had child support on him at that time... we got married and of course the child support stopped if we are to divorce he does still have to pay support on this child correct??

If I understand you correctly, then yes, he would be liable for child support again, but not under the old Order. It would take a new Order (probably part of the divorce decree) to start the child support up again.
