Geographical boundaries

I just got divorced on 24 sept 08 and would like to get geographical boundaried put on my wife who has moved to virginia and i am stationed here in texas what can i do in order to get her closer this way i can see my son more often?

Honestly this should have happened before the divorce was final on the 24th, and at least before 30 days expired -- which is this week. Geographic restrictions are standard. Either call your lawyer; or if you represented yourself, hire a lawyer today, making sure that you are clear that the deadline is imminent.
