in jan 2006 my doctor never did a

Catalan to detect a blood club in my

lung.He kept tring to give me a

pacmaker.I almost died becuase of he

incompatice

Anyone claiming malpractice can file suit only after obtaining a medical expert's opinion that the treatment was 'below the standard of care', commonly called negligence or malpractice. Neither your opinion, nor mine, is of any value in the case, only his.

Secondly, your claim is apparently barred by the statute of limitations anyway. You have only one year from injury or discovery of malpractice to file.
