need child custody or released from child support because child is hidden from m
My girlfriend and I lived together in Oklahoma next door to my parents. My girlfriend left me and moved to Trinity County, Trinity, Texas. I followed her. I worked and we both lived in Louisiana for around a 6 month period and kept my daughter full time because my girlfriend went back home to Trinity. I had a very good relationship with my daughter. My new wife and I kept her on weekends and paid $ 350.00 in unreported, self governed child support. My ex-girlfriend decided to move to Louisiana in December 2000 or January 2001 to my dismay. We continued to live in Trinity until we moved to Rockport for my job in December 2002. I tried to reach her through the phone, mail and travel but to no avail. Her family hides her from me. In April 2002, I started paying court-ordered child support of $320.00 but did not receive any child custody or offered any. I need help.Would like to religuish my rights or have child custody.

You really don't give sufficient information to help you, however, as a starting point, I suggest you contact an attorney in the city or town where the court is located which ordered you to pay child support.
